Is there an ongoing issue with syncing and accessing playback progress through the API?

I'm having error code 500 return when trying to access lists of in-progress movies and shows. I've spoken to other users and they're experiencing the same for at least a couple of days. Is there any info on this?

Error Code 500 is a Server Error.  Please open a support ticket or send an email to support@trakt.tv with as many details as possible so we can reproduce the issue to fix it.  If you're using a third party app or add-on, contact the developer first for more info for us to replicate the issue.
