Accidentally overwrote watched series

Yesterday I installed a new app on my phone and somehow it has overwritten a huge part of my watched list. Is there any way to get a backup or reset to the day before? Cheers, Claas

The same thing happened to me, I think I accidently cancelled 8 seasons of a show, I'm sure to have watched at least the last 5 series for sure, but nor certain if I watched the first seasons.

Would love a feature to take me back within a show and/or its season to restore data.
