Ignored by Support?
Submitted tickets to support to fix shows/migrate show to TMDB but only got automated replies. No updates or contact for a week. Anyone else? It was better when everything was transparent and posted here on feedback. At least then tickets had updates.
The exact same process is being followed behind the scenes. When your request is completed, you will receive a message letting you know. Otherwise, it is in a queue waiting to be addressed. Thanks again in advance for your patience.
