I think there is a bug in the calculation of the air date.
Example: Under the Dome S01E09
My local current time: 19 August 20:00, time zone is set to UTC+1
The detail page for this show (http://trakt.tv/show/under-the-dome/season/1/episode/9) says: Aired August 20, 2013 at 4:00
which seems to be wrong. Some error occurs on the progress page, which says "That leaves 1 episode (about 1 hour) left to watch.".
The calendar however shows the show date and the current day correctly.
Updated a few things to fix this bug. The timezone conversion, so in the case of the example episode from Under the Dome, it will show as 3:00.
The progress bars on the show summary and progress page now include the time of the next episode. This is also localized.
Thanks for fixxing this bug.
The air date shown on the progress page is wrong (maybe without timezone?)
The other issue sounds similar, except that in my case the show airs next day but is shown as already aired. But I think if the other issue is fixed and the timezone is considered then this bug is gone too.
Sounds like its a request for this same issue?
its a part of the bug :). The bug, in my opinion, is that the progress page says that the show was aired hours before it even starts airing. My suggestion is to use the same method used in the calendar to calculate the air time of a show. The calendar time/date seems to be right.
Thanks for creating and maintaining this service,
So is this bug just that it should say "airs" instead of "aired"?
The time is correct, but its was in future. At time of writing the show was not aired. Therefore " Aired August 20, 2013 at 4:00" was not correct (now it is correct).
What's wrong about that airtime? It adjusts to your timezone since you are in UTC+1. The show airs in the evening (USA), which means during the night for Europe.
