I just lost 4 years of Trakt data?!
Hi there, I use iShows TV connected to my Trakt data. For several years actually. Just now, like ten minutes ago the connection to Trakt was gone. I reconnected the app and now the final episode I watched according to Takt is that horrible The X-Files revival series back in 2015. Please don't tell me that I lost four years of data somehow.
iShows had some bugs due to the TVDB API updates that launched on Friday Nov 15. First, please check your Trakt website profile and watched history at trakt.tv/users/me/history. If your plays are there, that means the iShows app just isn’t working. If the plays have been deleted from Trakt, please open a private support with your username and we can undelete anything from over the weekend.
@Erwin: I have installed Hobi app on my iPhone, I have synced it with Trakt and I purchased the lifetime license with hope that it will work smoothly without issues.
Hobi is showing me that I have 6 TV shows in my collection only at all and the rest of TV Shows which I have added already in the past - number is 370 TV Shows in total - these are not visible in Hobi :(
So I spent other money for other not working app.
All TV Shows are correct under my Trakt account, nevertheless Hobi displays just a few of them - I did not find any option how to show all of them so I am considering it as a same bug as iShows has.

Thanks, Justin. I fixed it myself by manually updating my Trakt profile. That took a few hours but at least that data is in order again. It seems iShows hasn't fixed that bug yet. The app keeps failing (not reading the Trakt data right) and crashing. So I installed Hobi and TVST as alternatives for now.
@janmanas: I contacted them tru Twitter but no response either. I really like the iShows app, the interface and the design, but it seems the creators have other priorities.
OK, I have tried to contact iShows support but I am not sure if they will respond.
I have the same issue definitely, could you announce some status please and explain why that happened and when fixed will be done?
Same here. I’m freaking out as I no longer use a hard copy to keep track of what I’ve watched and which episode is next for each show. What is going on???
