How can we improve Trakt?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

    Seasons 2 - 5 all have an Episode 9 recently added. These are already present under Specials.

  2. Remove wrong numbered doublette Episodes from Detektive Conan Series

    Somenone had messed with ALL Episodes from Detective Conan Series

  3. Naruto - Data Refresh Request

    Somebody made a huge mess of this show. It only has 220 Episodes (Excluding Specials). But now it is showing 303.

    Please Refresh the data and remove the unnecessary episodes.

    On TVDB it is perfectly managed.
    If it is possible in Data Refresh to take Images from only TVDB then please take it from there.

    On TMDB it has not been managed properly.

  4. Data no longer refreshing since TVDB update?

    I've been trying to update assorted shows over the past few days but none of them seem to be doing anything. I was wondering if it may have been caused by TVDB recently rolling out a significant site update, which may have messed up the links to Trakt?

    In case it's not, the shows I've been trying to refresh in vain are:

    This is related to the new TVDB website and API they launched on Friday Nov 15. As of today, the API should be working better and the shows should start auto updating during out nightly process.

  5. Cowboy Bepob duplicate episodes

    There was no season 2, it've appeared recently with duplicate episodes.

  6. I just lost 4 years of Trakt data?!

    Hi there, I use iShows TV connected to my Trakt data. For several years actually. Just now, like ten minutes ago the connection to Trakt was gone. I reconnected the app and now the final episode I watched according to Takt is that horrible The X-Files revival series back in 2015. Please don't tell me that I lost four years of data somehow.

    iShows had some bugs due to the TVDB API updates that launched on Friday Nov 15. First, please check your Trakt website profile and watched history at trakt.tv/users/me/history. If your plays are there, that means the iShows app just isn’t working. If the plays have been deleted from Trakt, please open a private support with your username and we can undelete anything from over the weekend.

  7. Futurama out of sync with TVDB

    It looks like Futurama has been rearranged on the TVDB to match up with the original Production codes and to move the feature length episodes to be Season 5 instead of Specials

    As such Trakt is heavily out of sync now with some duplicate episodes and some episodes in the wrong place.

  8. Resync Archer with TV

    Once more we go round the merrygoround on TVDB :(

    Looks like the Heart of Archness specials were added to Season 3 on TVDB, then subsequently removed from there.
    As such Trakt is now showing 13 episodes for Archer Season 3 (https://trakt.tv/shows/archer/seasons/3)

    Can this be rectified now TVDB (https://thetvdb.com/series/archer-2009/seasons/official/3) has sorted themselves out?

  13. My Hero Academia Season 1 Cleanup

    There is a duplicate episode in Season 1 for My Hero Academia, which corresponds to Season 4 Episode 8.

  15. Seton Academy - Episodes & IMDB Link Not Showing

    There are 12 Episode for this series on TVDB but only 1 is showing on Trakt. It seems even after Data Refresh they are not showing.

    Same goes for IMDB Link = tt11428682.

    Please look into this matter! Everything is added on TMDB and TVDB.

  16. Issue with plays that keeps getting added

    Hi,
    I keep getting additional plays for Mindhunter. I've removed like 400 plays a couple days ago and I still have some added. Could you take a look at it?

  19. Pokémon mess

    Season 1 has all episodes of the absolute order listed in it, which makes having this also season ordered at the same time really messy. Not sure what can be done with this.

    As far as Season-ordered:

    Season 16 should only have 92 episodes
    Season 17 should only have 47 episodes

  20. Mr Pickles Data Refresh
