Hi - new Netflix show “The Witcher” premieres this year. There are currently 8 entries on Trakt.
7, including the one with a premiere date of 12/31/2020, need to be removed.

All the entries are actually bad on Trakt. What happens is people add them to TVDB, and they later get removed since the show isn’t official yet. I kept https://trakt.tv/shows/the-witcher-2020 but even that will need to be manually fixed once TVDB allows the show later on.
I have list with shows and I wanted to see them in Release order. Some shows weren't sorted due to lacking filed "Premiered" (it looks that way), eg: https://trakt.tv/shows/narcos-mexico or https://trakt.tv/shows/homecoming
Both this shows has date of premiere for first episode. I propose, that if "Premiered" field is empty, air date of 01x01 should be used for that show - at least for "release order" filter.
I can't see any possibility, that using this data as fallback could be incorrect, but maybe I've missed something.3 votes
It looks like this has since corrected itself. The premiere date comes from TMDB, then TVDB as a fallback.
People can’t actually be added to watchlists, that is the bug. I’ll have a fix out later this week so the button will only allow people to be added to custom lists.
https://trakt.tv/shows/star-twinkle-precure doesn't load any images or data. Probably the star causing this? ☆1 vote
A fix will be out for this later in the week. It was actually a bug with one of the images being invalid and breaking the refresh.
Seems to have fixed itself.
I've been trying to refresh the images for this entry: https://trakt.tv/movies/different-like-me-2010 for probably two months or so now. It won't remove the bad poster that has been since removed from TMdb. Please refresh images.3 votes
Posters aren’t auto removed, I had to manually remove it. The real fix should be uploading the correct poster on TMDB, then an image refresh will correct it. Thanks.

Hidden on Trakt, but it needs to be reported and removed on TVDB still.
Removed 1×33 – 1×40
All episodes for season 1 are listed at 60 minutes each. The actual runtimes are (info from Netflix):
Ep 1: 58 mins;
Ep 2: 50 mins;
Ep 3: 57 mins;
Ep 4: 56 mins;
Ep 5: 50 mins;
Ep 6: 59 mins;
Ep 7: 56 mins;
Ep 8: 1 hr 2 mins.
Does this data usually come directly from Netflix? Or is the vague runtime taken from TVDB/TMDB?1 vote
The show runtime is taken from TMDB, then fallsback to TVDB. The specific episode runtimes are from our watch now streaming links, if they send us that info. There isn’t great coverage for specific episode runtimes though.
For example, Junkyard Wars Seson 11 doesn't show up in my progress page, but it is there in the detail page.3 votes
It sounds like you have that season hidden from your progress. You can restore it at https://trakt.tv/settings/hidden.

when I go to settings on BeeTV, and I log on to trakt, it prompts me to enter an activation code on my device. I'm confused here because I'm logging onto trakt on my TV but then it asks for an activation code. So then I log into trakt on my phone, but there's no activation code. Please advise. Thank you1 vote
Starting from 1 January 2019, the show has two or more entries per airing slot when it should be just 1. There's an entry on 1 January 2019 for 'Episode 14' which didn't air, on the 8th there's both 1x13 and 1x14, etc. Please remove the 'empty' entries.1 vote
Updated to match TVDB.
Mayday on National Geographic has incorrect dates for season 19? Episode 1 shows 1/7/2019, ep 2 shows 2/25/2019, s18 last ep is 1/21/2019?1 vote
We get all air dates from TVDB. Once fixed over there, Trakt will update about 24 hours later.

Hi! Love your website, but I have found a small mistake in the runtime of episode 1x05 of Yes, Prime Minister. It says it's 660 minutes long, when it's in fact only 30. It made my '30 days at a glance' look very unbalanced :) . Could you fix this, please?
There seems to be a bug in TVDB that prevents new shows from pulling the first aired episode date into the therefore mentioned field. As new episodes air in 2019, Trakt thinks that both shows above are from 2019 instead of 2018 (when their first episodes actually aired).
Is there any way to fix this in TVDB or in Trakt?1 vote
We actually get the year and first aired from TMDB, and only fall back to TVDB if they are blank on TMDB for some reason. It looks like both shows have auto updated on Trakt to use the TMDB data that was presumably added after this ticket was posted.
